Join Proud 2 Play as a Social Media Content Manager and help us spread the word about inclusive sports events and initiatives. You'll manage content requests, gather engaging materials, and draft posts that inspire and inform our community.
Assist in food preparation for senior citizens, aproximately 50-80 people every fortnight on Wednesday. Cut up salad items, prepare vegetables, assist to cook main dishes eg fish/chips, pasta and meat sauce. Serve food, soft drinks, dessert. Help to clean up. Will be trained by senior cook. Chat with senior citizens, they appreciate a friendly chat.

Connect with an older person in your community who is feeling isolated and lonely, to break those feelings and create lasting friendships. Engage in ongoing visits to the individual’s residence, whether that be their personal home, or space in a Residential Aged Care.
Miss having a yarn with your grandparents? Learn from those wiser, and volunteer to visit the young at heart and keep them connected to the communities they love. Befriend and spend quality time with a lonely senior in the local community. No doubt you’ll develop a soft spot for adorable seniors and be able to simultaneously brighten their day!
To bring joy and social connection to an older person by visiting them in their own homes - in Gordon LGA.
