Social Media Designer & Scheduler

Proud 2 Play

Key Duties:

  • Create eye-catching graphics using Canva (templates provided) and other design tools.
  • Edit and format copy to suit different social media platforms, ensuring proper tagging and link placement.
  • Manage Proud 2 Play’s Linktree, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects current campaigns and events.
  • Schedule social media posts in advance of major days/events to maintain a strategic online presence.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Content Manager to ensure all content is visually appealing and accurately scheduled.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of social media platform requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with LGBTIQA+ communities and familiarity with community terminology, sensitivities, and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
