Key Duties:

• Manage incoming content requests from clubs, sporting organisations, and LGBTQI+ community groups.
• Actively seek and gather relevant content such as Come and Try Sessions, LGBTQI+ inclusive sports events, LGBTQI+ sports news, and Ambassador content.
• Draft engaging and informative social media posts to accompany each piece of content.
• Ensure all content aligns with Proud 2 Play’s brand and vision.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Designer & Scheduler to ensure seamless content creation and scheduling.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Strong written communication skills with an ability to draft engaging social media content.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to seeking and gathering relevant content.
• Experience working with LGBTIQA+ communities and familiarity with community terminology, sensitivities, and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
