Our Support for Carers Program is seeking a musician to support our Choir Program from the start of August with a one-hour Tuesday weekly commitment. Bring your own instrument, or use our keyboard, at our Community Centre in East Geelong VIC 3219.

Come support our Chair Yoga classes tailored for our older genU clients! Our classes integrate gentle stretching, breathing and yoga principles through gentle chair-based yoga, practiced sitting on a chair or standing supported by a chair.
Our outdoor group and community group exercise program has been created as a space for over 65s to enjoy the physical, social and mental health benefits of staying active. Run by our Allied health team, clients participate in a ‘circuit’ based program, utilising the equipment to help improve flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Help to provide additional support for our clients and staff, ensuring all participants are feeling welcome!
