Your excellent customer service skills are sought to assist with shop presentation, upkeep and merchandising in this second-hand clothing, bric-a-brac and other goods shop. Your maturity and attention to detail would be highly regarded in this role. This is an active role so your fitness and general good health are required.
Your general gardening skills and love of working outdoors will be greatly appreciated in this role. Help keep the grounds and surrounds of our Aged Care Facility looking good for the enjoyment of our residents and visitors. This role involves pruning shrubs, weeding, raking of leaves and watering. Other small, related tasks as directed.
Your empathy with the frail and aged, your friendly and helpful nature, and your reliability and sense of commitment to the role will be greatly valued. You'll assist staff with food preparation and serving meals in our hall to members of the community. Previous experience in food handling and service is an advantage, but not essential. Assist Learner Driver client(s) to practise driving skills and improve knowledge of road rules - ultimately leading to the client(s) passing the ‘P’ Licence Driving test. You will assist clients in improving their knowledge of road rules, make entries in the client’s driving log book, engage with the client in a friendly, supportive manner, and provide Driving Supervision appropriate to the client’s skill levels and pace of learning. Driving practise will be in the clients car.

Your strong literacy and numeracy skills, and your patience and dedication, will be highly regarded in this role, assisting Adult Vocational Education students who may be challenged by, or face barriers with, the literacy and numeracy requirements within the course they are undertaking. You’ll assist a student with reading, writing & numeracy exercises, sometimes during class and sometimes one-on-one.
