At You Matter, we create welcoming styled homes using good quality second hand furniture and homewares donated by the community. We use these donated items to provide the gift of a fully functioning home for victims of domestic violence. We require volunteers to work in a team to sort through and clean donated items once or twice a month.
We take all volunteers, young and old. You can either use your existing Sales, Management or other skills or we can teach you some new ones. We provide low-cost local native plants to the public and park organisations. We hope that by encouraging the planting of local native plants this will increase the biodiversity & climate resilience of the Whitehorse area.
The 2024 Camberwell Art Show exhibits in the Advanced Technologies Centre at Swinburne University. We need large numbers of volunteers to assist Camberwell Rotary Club members with a wide range of exciting and challenging roles between Tuesday 18 June and Monday 1 July. Our Ten Pin Bowling program has over 100 registered athletes and approximately 80-90 bowl regularly at our monthly bowling sessions. Our bowling program currently runs on the last Sunday morning of each month, in Forest Hill. We are looking for Lane Managers to work on an assigned lane and support and direct athletes when bowling.

The City of Boroondara Volunteer Transport team are urgently seeking drivers for 1 or more days a week between 8.30am and 5pm. All available days welcome but especially looking for availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will assist our aged residents to commute to appointments predominantly in the eastern suburbs but also including major hospitals within the central business district.
