A WEP Local Coordinator meets high school students from all over the world in this highly rewarding role. WEP coordinators are an invaluable and a very much appreciated member of the WEP Tribe. They provide support to host families, a safe space for students from all over the world and create excitement in their local community. You'll meet beautiful people within your community, other coordinators from around Australia and students from all over the world!
Is social isolation or loneliness in the elderly a concern for you? The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS) is a government funded program to combat social isolation and helps to develop social connections for older persons. Ageing with Grace believe that social connections are essential to the well-being of older people. We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly Volunteer Visitors to spend time with older people who are at risk of social isolation and loneliness.
