The SAIL (Sudanese Australian Integrated Learning) Program is a volunteer-run, non-profit, secular organisation which provides free tutoring and educational support to the Sudanese Australian community. SAIL runs every Saturday morning, from mid-February until late-December, offering tutoring to approximately 300 members of the Sudanese community with a volunteer staff of about 180 people.

To support the SisterWorks team, in particular the Dandenong Hub Manager and People & Culture Officer, with the management of databases of volunteer information to ensure our volunteer related systems (primarily Infoodle), onboarding, offboarding processes are maintained diligently and accurately. It is important to capture the right people data to ensure that we provide meaningful metrics and insights to the our people within SisterWorks .
