How you’ll fit into the bigger picture ? We are currently seeking a dedicated Volunteer Intake Support to join our team at South East Community Links. As a Volunteer Intake Support, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience for all. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your skills and make a difference in our organization while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities: To be the first point of contact for face to face and phone enquiries at Community Wellbeing
Provide reception and admin support for South East Community Links staff, clients and visitors, in a professional and effective manner in accordance with the agreed performance standards. Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis. Manage enquiries and client presentations in an orderly and empathetic manner.
Enter data and notes succinctly into our Client Management System    Ensure the office is well organised, tidy and user friendly for all staff, students, volunteers, and the community Other projects as directed by the senior practitioner
Assist with pickup and delivery of orders from St Kilda Mum’s
