We are seeking a compassionate volunteer for a 5-week program. In this role, you will be assisting with the KNOW YOUR GIZMO program. Year 10 students from Wodonga Senior Secondary College will assist senior citizens in our community to use electronic devices such as iPads, mobile phones, laptops, and smartwatches. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication and ensure the needs of the senior citizens and students are met during these interactions.
The Tourist Information Officer will be mature, responsible, well-presented and capable of working independently. They will provide a high standard customer service, enjoy working with public and have a friendly manner.
The role of Emergency Relief Volunteers is designed to provide valuable assistance to Council Officers in the set-up and smooth operation of the Emergency Relief Centre which aims to support community members who may be affected by an emergency.
