Duties could include meeting and greeting community members, directing community members where they need to go, assisting visitors in using the library catalogue, self-check kiosk, public computers, printer and scanners and locating items on library shelves.

Assist in answering face-to-face questions and providing information on programs and exhibits.

Shifts are rostered in 2-4 hour time slots and focused on peak visitation times i.e. after school.
