Partnering: Collaborate with Year 10 student volunteers to assist senior citizens with their electronic devices. Your role is to support the interaction and ensure a positive experience for both the students and seniors.

Communication: Act as a bridge between the senior citizens and the student volunteers, facilitating effective communication. Ensure that questions are answered, instructions are clear, and that both parties feel comfortable during the learning process. Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate empathy and patience while working with senior citizens who may be new to technology. Help create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for learning.

Assistance: Offer assistance as needed, such as helping seniors hold or navigate their devices, read instructions, or access specific applications or features.

Observation: Keep a watchful eye on the interactions, stepping in if any issues or challenges arise, and offering guidance or support when required.
