    Fishability is a West Australian not for profit organisation who works with the community to promote fishing activities as a means of acceptance and inclusion with provision of inclusive and disability programs. Currently activities in our Perth Jetty South program are running at Val Street Jetty Rockingham, Ammo Jetty Coogee, Fremantle Sailing Club and Point Walter Jetty.

  • Fishability Program Coordinator – Southern Suburbs

    Fishability (Supported by Volunteer Melville!)

    Fishability provides adults and school aged children with disabilities an opportunity to participate in recreational fishing in Perth and other areas of the State, The Program Coordinator will act as the volunteer in charge for the Perth South Fishability Program during each fishing activity and in the preparation beforehand. You will help people with disabilities experience the fun of fishing while providing a coordination and leadership role for other volunteers.

    Australian Red Cross (Supported by Volunteer Melville!)

    The Telecross Program supports the wellbeing of older Australian’s who are isolated and at risk of accident or illness that may go unnoticed. Telecross Volunteers make calls daily to support people to live independently in their own homes, providing peace of mind and reassurance.

  • Warehouse Assistant

    St Patrick's Community Support Centre - CVRC

    Can you help support our programs by volunteering in the St Pats warehouse. Join a friendly team of volunteers for a fun Monday morning sorting through the donations given to St Pat’s by our very generous community. Meet other volunteers and help the community through your volunteering. The clothing donated to St Pat’s is either given to people who are experiencing homelessness or in need or sold at our Op Shop which directly funds our Centre.

    St Patrick's Community Support Centre - CVRC

    Can you help support our programs by volunteering in the St Pats Community Store. A low cost/no cost store for people who are homeless/risk of homelessness/concession card holders and the general public. The store stocks everything from food and toiletries to bedding and clothing.
