Phone Support Volunteers bring joy and interest to the lives of elderly people who are socially isolated. This role best suits a mature person over 35yrs. Volunteers commit to making a regular weekly 20 minute phone call to the same client each week. As well as welcoming women interested in this valuable and flexible volunteering role, we also encourage older men to apply, as many of our male clients would benefit from having a mate they can talk to on the phone.
