Commitment

Regular - more than 6 months

Training

Initial training and ongoing supervision is provided by the Program Coordinator for the length of your commitment.

Time required

We ask for a commitment of at least twelve months of fortnightly contact at times that will suit the volunteer and the young person. We are seeking individuals who may be open to potential longer term matching. As an example we do have volunteers who have been matched for between 1-8 years with the same young person, and have developed significant relationships from this journey.

Reimbursement

We have an agreed budget for incidentals

Working with Children Check

C Class Drivers Licence; you will be required to have your own transport and car insurance. Departmental Record Screening Check; Working With Children's Check (applied for during process) and in house training will all be required.
