Safe Pets Safe Families are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their awesome team of volunteers as a Warehouse Assistant.

This volunteer role plays a crucial part in supporting their mission to provide quality pet food and supplies to those in need within the community.

The Warehouse Assistant will primarily be responsible for:

• Data Entry
• Accurately enter donation information into their database.
• Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Stock Rotation:

• Assist in organizing and rotating stock to ensure the timely use of donated items.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack small orders for distribution.
• Ensure orders are assembled accurately and efficiently.

Driving:

• Operate a van for the purpose of delivering pet food to community partners.
• Collect donations from various locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to warehouse duties.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for those involved driving duties.
