This volunteer opportunity will help to provide a transport service for seniors to access local shopping centres and shops.

As a volunteer Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing transport services to seniors who may find it difficult to access shopping centres and shops independently. Your role will involve driving the bus, transporting residents to and from the centre, and assisting them on and off the bus. You will need to interact with residents respectfully and provide a friendly and supportive atmosphere during the journey. This opportunity requires a commitment of 4-5 hours per week on Thursdays and is an excellent way to make a positive impact in your community by helping seniors maintain their independence.

Tasks involved include: ▪️ Drive bus ▪️ Transport residents to and from the centre ▪️ Interact with residents respectfully  ▪️ Assist residents on and off the bus

Time commitments: Minimum time commitment of 3-4 hours weekly
