You will need knowledge and experience in corporate governance. Key duties include to ensure the Company complies with its statutory obligations under any relevant laws and regulations; maintain statutory records and registers and ensure retention of documents and records; manage board meetings and corporate governance; ensure completion and lodgement of statutory forms/returns and reporting; provide guidance to Directors and management on various matters.
