The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Rotary Club of Kew, Fair Trade & Gift Shop.

• Do you enjoy computers?
• If you feel at home around a computer, can work a calculator and would like to help your local community this volunteer role is for you.
• Are you keen to learn new skills?

Learn how to operate our Point of Sales System?

*Do you have prior knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Programs?

*Have you worked in retail before?

• Training will be provided with the POS system *Retail and customer service training can be provided.
• Excellent communication skills required.

The hours may suit a school parent (10.30am - 2.00pm - negotiable) daily (5 positions available - get in early to choose your preferred day! Bring a friend or friends on your selected special day to volunteer with you.

Desired skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Some Retail Experience
• Maths, adding and subtracting change
• Trusted with Cash - references required
• Teamwork needed as well aq working independently
