Yankalilla Area School (YAS) aims are to engage and support volunteers to connect to our school community to support our staff and students in all areas of the school through our volunteer coordinator. We appreciate our volunteers and ensure they are well supported so their time spent at YAS is rewarding and enjoyable. They also get the opportunity to connect to our volunteer team and form friendships through regular catch-ups and coffee mornings. The volunteer coordinator has an accredited LAP (mentoring program) in place too.
