Jubilee Community Care is a leading provider of in-home aged care services with offices in Indooroopilly. We are a not-for-profit community service provider established in 1989.

As the central focus of our service, Jubilee Community Care endeavours to provide an approachable and transparent service that is able to respond to the changing needs and diversity of its community. We are small enough to provide personal services and big enough to meet a wide range of care and support services for older clients.

We are seeking volunteers who with training and support can deal with high volume telephone calls in providing support to our administration and scheduling employees.

Telephone enquiries will be from our elderly clients who often ask for confirmation of their in home service times and/or need to change scheduled service days and times.
