Wahroongah Residential Aged Care provide care for people living with dementia. We are looking for someone who loves music and engaging with elderly residents to join a Volunteer lead singer for a sing-alongs group. The main purpose of the role is to help people living with dementia to reminiscence.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
