About The Role

The Service Development Volunteer coordinates and supports initiatives that empower clients seeking asylum, enhance service delivery, and contribute to the strategic development of ASRC's frontline services. This includes managing resources and workshops, supporting service changes, documenting procedures, conducting research, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Program: Program Quality and Impact

The Department of Program Quality and Impact works closely with program managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) within the ASRC’s Community Portfolio to support high-quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems for our service design and delivery. We track our impact and drive continuous learning, innovation and improvement, in line with the ASRC’s Strategic Plan, Theory of Change and Outcomes Measurement Framework. This ensures accountability to service users, funders and other key stakeholders. The Department also drives participatory, lived experience co-design approaches within our systems and culture. It contributes to building an evidence-based, better practice, impact-focused and strategic organisation, which delivers a fair social return on investment from our finite resources.
