Since its inception, Project School Formal has supported hundreds of school leavers to create magical memories by providing access to pre-loved formal attire for end-of-school celebrations. In the current climate, many young people from our metro and regional areas are finding it more and more challenging to resource their formal attire.

This project is an amazing opportunity to meet these practical needs while celebrating a young person’s aspirations and identity and making a difference in your community.

As the Project Leader you will:

• Oversee and develop the Project.
• BE THE FACE of the Project.
• Oversee the volunteer coordinator and ensure that teams drive the
• systems and operations excellently.
• Develop and foster partnerships to build dynamic and innovative responses.
• Secure grants and resources to grow the project.
• Engage school leavers with the Project.
• Monitor and respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries about the Project in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the appointments/booking diary.
• Manage the Project's social media accounts.
