Our Toy Library is seeking a friendly person for regular volunteer hours on a Tuesday or Thursday morning or Friday afternoon in our not-for-profit community organisation performing a customer service role in our brand new toy library branch in Bangs Street, Prahran. Volunteers work with staff to keep the Toy Library running smoothly. Checking in and counting pieces of the toys, putting toys away on the shelves of the Toy Library with some minor toy cleaning. When time allows, packaging toys, or typing toy labels could be undertaken. We love volunteers to show initiative in our busy environment, and you must like children to work in a Toy Library! A regular time commitment of 1-2 hours per week or fortnight is preferred but not essential. Our location is easy to get to via tram or train and local volunteers are preferred.
