  • Competency in computers and administrative software including Microsoft Office Suite, calendar software, QBO. Knowledge in CRM systems or administrative tools preferred.

Key roles to be performed

  • Responding to enquiries.
  • Monitoring the Now and Not Yet info email address.
  • Assist with making appointments and scheduling for Executive Director.
  • Prepare documentation as required.
  • Data Entry.
  • Invoice generation.
  • Logistics management

About Now and Not Yet.

We are in our 10th year as an organisation and we have had all the usual growing pains that come from starting and running a people focused not-for-profit social enterprise. We manage 2 social enterprise cafes and a coffee roastery in Warrandyte and Donnybrook (Shared Cup). Our profits go back into the communities we operate in, and we work with people with disability, refugees, domestic violence victims, homeless and people facing hardship.

The role is anticipated to be between 8 to 12 hours a week and is in a voluntary capacity currently.
