Requirements :- Be over 18 years Have reasonable computer literacy Physically able to lift washing baskets, setting up and packing down equipment Willingness and ability to engage in meaningful, non-judgemental conversations with users of the service. Comfortable in leading a team (including conflict resolution) Assisting with Incident Management
