A friendly and organised Reception/Venue All-rounder volunteer is needed to assist the manager and administration officer to help in reception and with general venue organisation.

Key Tasks

Manning the front desk to greet visitors. Answering phones when necessary. Answering questions about the centre. Tidying, sorting the kitchen and kitchen supplies. Checking venue rooms are ready for use. Advising staff if resources run low. *General small cleaning or tidying jobs.

About The Wetlands Centre Cockburn

An independent, not-for-profit, community-based organisation. The Centre runs with a handful of dedicated staff and an amazing team of volunteers.

They are involved in land care, conservation, wetland management and rehabilitation work, runs educational programs all-year-round and has an in-house nursery and Seed Propagation Areas (SPAs).
