We are registered with ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission) and have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Status.

ROLE PURPOSE Reporting to the Senior Officer in charge of DFAT Accreditation your role is to assist in the preparation and management of the DFAT Accreditation process, including developing policies and documentation related to program implementation through our in-country partner projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Support the Project Lead
  • Manage project timelines and milestones
  • Review and update project documentation, including organisational policies and procedures
  • Project folder and document management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Outstanding project, coordination and organisational skills
  • High level communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Self directed and able to initiate activities
  • Can do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
  • Experience working within a legal or professional services environment is desirable, but not essential (uni students studying international development are encouraged to apply)
