Our Meet & Greet Volunteers have the primary focus of assisting patients and visitors navigate the hospital successfully. With a combination of verbal directions, escorting someone or referring them to Patient Administration this role is entirely patient focused. Main tasks include:

• Meeting patients and visitors as they arrive in the main foyer
• Offering directions to ensure patients and visitors navigate the hospital successfully
• Escorting patients and visitors to their destination if required
• Delivering gifts to patients. Such as flowers left at Patient Administration
