Research trial participants (For those that have experienced a stroke) - #212389

NeuRA (Neuroscience Research Australia)

We need your help to improve the care for patients recovering from stroke.

NeuRA is developing a comprehensive digital-rehabilitation program that integrates a tailored high-dose exercise program with usual care for patients recovering from stroke. The program will improve physical mobility and target balance, strength and functional tasks that show promise in improving health-related quality-of-life and independence in patients recovering from stroke.

What’s involved? Participating involves taking part in an interview (conducted online using video conferencing software or in-person) with research staff that will take no longer than 60 minutes. In the interview we will ask you questions about your needs, preferences, and priorities as a person who has experienced a stroke or is as the carer of a person who has experienced a stroke.

We will use the information you provide to build a digital exercise program and also understand how innovative technologies can improve the healthcare system.

Participation in this study is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.
