As a Volunteer for the Santa Paws Charity Event, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the event. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in your community and help raise awareness about animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and takedown of event booths, decorations, and signage.
• Help with registration and check-in of participants and attendees.
• Provide information to guests about the event schedule and activities
• Assist with crowd control and ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and dogs.
• Help with distributing promotional materials and fundraising merchandise.
• Assist with managing donation stations and collecting donations for Santa Paws.
• Provide general support to the event organisers and other volunteers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work outdoors and potentially in variable weather conditions.
• Passion for animal welfare and commitment to Santa Paws’ mission.
• Previous experience volunteering at events is a plus but not required.
