The Volunteer Technology Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the technology needs of the Santa Paws event. You will work closely with the event planning team to ensure that all technology related aspects of the event run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the event planning team to understand the technology requirements for the event.
• Set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for presentations, demonstrations, and other activities.
• Ensure that all technology equipment, including computers, projectors, and sound systems, are functioning properly.
• Provide technical support to presenters, volunteers, and attendees during the event.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technology-related requirements.
• Troubleshoot any technology-related issues that arise during the event.
• Ensure compliance with relevant technology policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with audio-visual equipment and computer systems.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in event planning or technology coordination is preferred but not required.
