Operation/Event team member
MYND Initiative inc.
The role of Operation/Event team member will involve:
- Assisting the COO with planning and managing the events calendar.
- Working with Business & Finance teams to develop budget.
- Brainstorming and implementing events/projects, plans and concepts, as well as assisting with logistics.
- Coordinating, documenting, and communicating with multiple individuals to meet the needs of the events/projects with the Administration team
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors, partners and sponsors for opportunities.
- Event material and collateral design.
- Engage and train volunteers as required.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to operate multiple events/projects
- Providing regular updates to the COO.
