Key duties:

• Assist in defining survey objectives and drafting survey questions under supervision
• Support in creating online surveys using designated survey platforms
• Assist in distributing surveys to our member base
• Aid in monitoring survey responses and flagging any issues or anomalies
• Assist in basic analysis of survey results
• Support in compiling basic reports summarizing survey findings
• Assist in communicating insights to relevant stakeholders where required
• Assist with any follow-up actions based on survey findings
• apply survey design and data analysis best practices

Skills and Experience:

• Basic Survey Design Skills: Understanding of how to draft clear and concise survey questions to gather relevant data.
• Familiarity with Survey Platforms: Experience with or willingness to learn how to use online survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or Typeform.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor survey responses for accuracy and completeness, and to spot any irregularities.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with digital tools and willingness to learn new software or platforms as needed.
• Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the survey process.
• Ethical Conduct: Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of survey data and respecting the privacy of survey respondents.
