Key Responsibilities
- Carry out activities outlined in the marketing plan, and review plan with the Manager and Programs Coordinator
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material such as flyers, posters, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, press releases, and more
- Draft and upload targeted content for website and social media
- Collate statistical data and create simple reports on marketing activity and achievements
- Draft promotional materials for community programs and assist with distribution
- Assist with community engagement, including feedback surveys
- Assist with preparation of Annual Report
Required Skills
- Marketing and communications skills, demonstrated through experience and/or studies
- Computer literacy, or ability to quickly learn programs to carry out required tasks
- Ability to use CANVA would be beneficial
- Social media experience for community and business marketing activities
- Ability to speak another language would be an advantage but not essential.
