Finance Risk and Audit Committee Chair - volunteer member

Good Sams Foundation

Join our Finance Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC) and provide assistance to the Good Sams Foundation's Board of Directors relating to:

overall financial performance of the Good Sams Foundation
effectiveness of the Foundation's risk management framework and controls
integrity of the Foundation's financial statements
decisions around the Foundation's investment strategy
co-ordination of agenda and minutes of the FRAC meeting

We're seeking someone with a strong accounting/risk background and/or experience managing an investment portfolio.

Time investment is approx. 2 hours per month. Meetings are online.
