Are you a creative thinker? Would you like to plan and coordinate a fun and engaging experience for all event attendees. As part of our Relay For Life committee you will be resourceful, enthusiastic and have excellent organisational skills. This is a great opportunity to bring an event to life, whilst making a difference in your community.

Relay For Life is a fun and moving overnight experience that raises vital funds for the Cancer Council’s research, prevention, information and support services. Relay is a chance for the community to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, patients and their carers and to honour and remember loved ones lost to cancer.

Committee members will gain valuable experience in event planning and community engagement related tasks. All volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in all Cancer Council Queensland volunteer activities: educational, social and informational.
