Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend Fun In The Sun events and activities to capture high-quality photographs that tell a story and convey the atmosphere and emotions of the moment.
2. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to understand the organization's visual storytelling needs and objectives.
3. Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining authenticity and accuracy.
4. Organize and maintain a digital photo library for easy access and retrieval of images for use in various marketing and promotional materials.
5. Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members to ensure alignment with the organization's brand guidelines and messaging.
6. Occasionally travel to different locations within Victoria and Western Australia to capture a diverse range of activities and experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in photography techniques and equipment, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Experience in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in event photography or documentary-style photography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera and related photography equipment.
• Passion for social impact and commitment to Fun In The Sun's mission and values.
