The program

The Bindaring Clothing Sale is the oldest and largest pre-loved annual charity fashion event in W.A. Nearly 2,000 bargain hunters flock to this sale each year. Now in its 6th decade, this volunteer-led event raises funds for the Australian Red Cross programs here in W.A. We receive about 8 tonnes of clothing donations from our generous community throughout the year. We come together for 2 weeks to set up, sort, mend, clean, hang, and price and finally make it look fabulous for sale day. There are jobs for everyone, no special skills are required, just a willingness to volunteer as part of a team. We have something for everyone, our Op Shop prices are $2-$10, we have a separate menswear, high-end fashion, well-known brands and funky/vintage/eclectic fashion, so it’s a lot of fun, especially if you love fashion.
