Role 1: Volunteer Coordinator Responsibilities:

• RSVP Calls: Reach out to our cherished attendees, ensuring they're excited and ready to join the fun!
• Reminder Calls/Texts: Keep the excitement alive with friendly reminders on event day.
• Taxi Arrangements: Arrange transport for those who need a lift to the party.
• Warm Welcomes: Greet our guests with open arms and assist them to their seats.
• Attendance Tracking: Keep an eye out for our regulars and let us know if anyone's missing in action.
• Ordering & Payments: Take charge of food orders, ensuring everyone gets their favorites, and handle payments smoothly.
• Company Keeper: Be a friend, a listener, and a beacon of warmth for our participants.
• Enjoy the Moment: Savor a complimentary coffee and soak up the joy!

Role 2: Helper Responsibilities (2 roles available):

• Supportive Escort: Offer a helping hand to our guests as they arrive and depart.
• Friendly Faces: Welcome guests with a smile and assist them in finding a cozy spot.
• Order Assistance: Help with lunch and coffee orders, ensuring everyone gets exactly what they fancy.
• Heartfelt Connections: Be a companion, a conversationalist, and a source of comfort for all.
