As a Volunteer Retail Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to daily operations at Vinnies Noarlunga. Your role will involve promoting sales and delivering exceptional customer service and spreading kindness, compassion, and hope. Some of the Key Responsibilities may include: • Welcoming and assisting customers in-store • Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping standards • Sorting, pricing, and processing donated goods following our guidelines • Handling cash transactions and operating the Point-of-Sale system • Replenishing stock levels and engaging in visual merchandising • Providing courteous customer service, addressing inquiries, and greeting patrons Our stores offer a diverse range of tasks, showcasing our flexibility, inclusivity, and efforts to accommodate individual skills and needs, providing an engaging volunteering experience for all.
