We’re looking for volunteers based in the Brisbane region to join the amazing 50-50 Charity Raffle team for the day and play your part in raising vital funds to help advance patient care and life-saving research.

As a 50-50 Sales volunteer, your role is to sell tickets and ensure the 50-50 raffle is seen as a fun and engaging way to give to a great cause. So, we ask you to bring the fun and energy that’s needed when you sell tickets to the greatest raffle! 

We know our 50-50 fans and sports enthusiasts love the chance to support charities and win cash prizes!  You will be volunteering alongside a passionate and motivated team who are all working toward the same goal.

What the ideal candidate looks like:

• Experience in customer service
• Enjoys talking to the public
• Well presented and a confident communicator
• Can use an iPad or can learn on the day

*all applicants must be over 18 years of age

About the RBWH Foundation

   Since 1985, the RBWH Foundation has championed world-leading health innovation, distributing more than $77 million dollars in support of cutting-edge research and evidence-based patient care initiatives. Areas of funding include cancer research, support in neonatal care, 3D printing of artificial eyes, and backpack beds for homeless patients. 

  The RBWH Foundation is the charity that supports RBWH, STARS, and other prestigious research Institutes and Centre's at the Herston Health Precinct. RBWH Foundation helps fund life-saving research and advances in patient care.  

  About 50-50 Charity Raffle 

  It’s Australia's biggest sports and charity raffle, raising funds for great causes and creating winning moments for fans at the big matches. The 50-50 Foundation has operated the raffle since 2013.

  Hours of work:

• Volunteers to arrive at 11am Saturday May 18 at the Doomben Racecourse.
• Volunteer shift will be 4 – 5 hours.
• Volunteers are to wear black pants and a shirt with a collar and closed in shoes. (no ripped jeans or sneakers).
