Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the charity
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and funding partners
• Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness
• Write compelling grant proposals and funding applications
• Manage donor stewardship and communications to maintain strong relationships
• Monitor and report on fundraising activities and outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, particularly in the non-profit sector
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically about fundraising initiatives
• Excellent writing skills for grant proposals and donor communications
• Passion for mental health promotion and advocacy
