We are looking for an Emergency Relief (ER) volunteer who can commit to attending every Monday. Our ER Volunteers deliver a responsive and appropriate service providing equitable access to all members of the community including people with disabilities and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. People who ask for ER are usually in a crisis situation when they come to see us. We offer relevant information and financial assistance. If you have had experience with interviewing and believe that you can display a non-judgmental understanding and empathy to members of the community who need some assistance we would love to hear from you. It is a requirement that applicants have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software and can use a computer.
