We are seeking patient, kind & caring volunteers who can come to visit with elderly residents, for 2 or more hours a day, Monday to Friday only, 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 3pm.

Residents can often be lonely & need a friend when their families are busy in their own lives. They love the company of others. You can share stories of your own & ask residents to reminisce on their lives. You can read them a book or look through photo albums, or establish their interests & focus on discussing these, e.g. cars, travel, gardening etc

If you can spare a few hours at least once a week, we would love to hear from you. We look for volunteers who want to commit to volunteering for the coming 12 months.

Must be willing to wear masks from time to time when we have Covid19 outbreaks, must be willing to complete annual training & complete our paperwork to commence as a volunteer.
