We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, connecting with customers and wants to gain new friendships whilst sharing experiences and skills.

The Retail Volunteer will work alongside out Retail Manager and Retail team in the shop.

Your role will include running the shop, supporting our trainees to develop skills in customer service and basic English for retail and training on our systems and procedures.

You will manage customer sales enquiries and designer/artist stock within the store. You will be greeting customers and lending a hand in the day-to-day running of our shop, to enhance our customer experience in store and sharing the Space2b story.

We are a vibrant store and would love to work with someone who enjoys having fun, sharing ideas and is open to developing their own skills set further.

Your day will include:

• Supporting with shop customer sales
• Participation and support
• Providing quality customer service
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment

You may be required to work some evenings for exhibition openings.

Qualifications & Experience requirements for the role:

• Customer service, retail or merchandising experience is favourable
