As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting in aspects of inducting, managing, and supporting our team of volunteer bush regeneration officers and community native nursery staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with project leaders to help support volunteers on-site with various Landcare activities. Coordinating volunteer schedules and tasks to ensure project deadlines are met. Identify volunteer needs and opportunities with organisation processes. Helping in the recruitment and onboarding volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources. Maintaining accurate records of volunteer participation and progress.

Qualifications:

Passion for environmental conservation and restoration. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in volunteer coordination or project management is preferred. A valid Blue Card or willingness to obtain one is required.
