Queensland Debating Union (QDU) will provide basic training to all volunteers. To become accredited as an adjudicator you will need a current volunteer QLD Bluecard (working with children) and also complete the mandatory training to obtain a basic level of competency. You are able to be upskilled to higher debates over a period of time.

As the peak body for debating in the State, QDU is a registered charity that provides resources and facilitates debating competitions for primary school and secondary school students in south-east Queensland. We also provide face to face outreach workshops from time to time.
