Program description:

The Orygen Assist program provides essential items including non-perishable foods, clothing, and hygiene products to young people & their families. This position supports our volunteer-run service by completing deliveries of online clinician orders.

The position will work with the Orygen Assist volunteer team to ensure clinician orders for young people and their families are delivered to the required Orygen site.

This role requires that the volunteer hold a full Victorian Driver’s license and will have access to an Orygen fleet car to complete these deliveries.

Job description:

• Assist with scheduling and completing regular deliveries of online orders across our Orygen sites in the Northwest region of Melbourne (Werribee, Sunshine, Melton, Footscray, Glenroy & Craigieburn).
• Use an Orygen fleet car to complete deliveries, following the
• Assist with stock order pick up/delivery from our supplier partners to our Parkville site as required.

Location: 35 Poplar Road, Parkville, Vic, 3052 and driving to north-west areas of Melbourne

Time Required: 3 hours per week/fortnight; between Monday - Friday, between 10am - 4pm.

Commitment required: Minimum 6-month commitment
